Michigan is home to a wide variety of mammals. Large mammals such as bears, White-tailed deer and coyotes roam our state. Smaller Michigan mammals include flying squirrels, mice and bats. While many mammals may look cuddly and cute, they are wild animals and we need to respect that. There are plenty of domesticated mammal pets to choose from!
