In addition to our weekday programming for school children, Blandford Nature Center provides many ways for individuals and families to get their hands dirty while learning about nature. Some of these opportunities include:
- Saturday or Evening Programs - Visit our events page to see all the programs we offer. They vary for age groups and interest. RSVP is generally required for all programs.
- Community Garden – Rent an 8' by 25' garden plot and grow your own produce. Community garden members plant, learn and grow together in their understanding of organic gardening practices.
- Summer Day Camp – We engage children of all ages and interests in single day and full-week programs focused on exploring the natural world and learning about good environmental practices. A new program for older youth is our Youth Farm Team, available in the spring and summer.
- Four Annual Festivals – March is Sugarbush and everything maple. June is Field of Green with music, art, and green living. October is Harvest Festival. December is Homestead Holiday. Check out our events page for the details.
