Visitor Services Associate
The Visitor Services Associate serves as the first point of contact, through phone and in person, to visitors, program participants, donors, and Board members. Consistently maintaining a welcoming, professional and helpful environment, this position collects admission fees, orients visitors to the trails and grounds and answers any questions regarding the Nature Center. In addition to providing excellent customer service, the position provides administrative support to general operations as needed.

What is the next step after my resume, cover letter, & volunteer application have been submitted?
Once your resume, cover letter, and volunteer application have been received, you will receive an email from Blandford Nature Center verifying that it was received. If all 3 of the above documents are not submitted your internship application will be discarded.
A series of background checks as well as a brief review by staff will be completed for each application submitted. You will be contacted to of your application status no more than 2 weeks after submission.
Volunteer & Outreach Internship
The Volunteer and Outreach Intern is responsible for assisting with day-to-day outreach and volunteer program tasks. They will deal primarily with Blandford Nature Center’s marketing needs, public relations, event and program promotion, and special project work.
Environmental Education Internship
The Environmental Education Intern is responsible for developing and implementing environmental education curriculum for community members and students that visit Blandford Nature Center. Multiple positions available.
Farm Education Internship
The Farm Education Intern is responsible for developing and implementing farm education curriculum for community members and students that visit Blandford Nature Center’s Farm.
