Beeswax Wrap Make-&-Take with My Lovely Muse

Are you intrigued by the zero waste movement, but aren’t sure how to get started? Are you overwhelmed by the sheer amounts of plastic found in your kitchen, but don’t know what to use in its place? During this workshop, we will talk about the materials used, then together we will make our own lovely, reusable, and ecoconscious beeswax wrap! When you leave this workshop, you’ll have the power (and skill!) to be able to eliminate plastic wrap from your kitchen forever, as well as your very own (2) beeswax wraps to use at home!

This workshop will be led and facilitated by Christine Threloff, owner and sewist behind My Lovely Muse. This is her fourth year teaching this workshop.

This program is recommended for ages 12 and up! All registered children must be accompanied by a registered adult. If an adult would like to share the craft with their child, they may sign up under the Adult Chaperone price. If both child and adult want to take home their own wraps, please register at the full price.

Please Note: This program will be held indoors.

Cancellation Policy: Notice must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled program to receive a 75% refund. There will be no refunds issued after that time. Due to processing fees, full refunds are not available. All Community Programs will be held unless there is severe weather. Please come prepared for the elements as refunds are not available for weather-related conditions except in the case of severe weather. All Community Programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
