Wild Wednesday: Art with the Turtles

Pre-registration is required for this event due to limited capacity for the comfort of our animals. 

Meet some of our Michigan native turtle ambassadors and tap into your creative energy! Our wildlife specialist will introduce the turtles, and participants will have an up close opportunity to draw some of these amazing animals from observation! This program is open to all ages and artistic skills. Basic materials such as cardstock, crayons, colored pencils and markers will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own drawing materials, except for paint please.

Please note that this is not a drawing instruction class, but a draw from observation opportunity.

Adult/child Members: $10.40
Adult/Child Non-members: $13
2 and Under: Free (registration still required)

This program is recommended for children ages 5 and up and their caregivers. An adult chaperone is required to register and attend with any registered child.

Please Note: This program will take place indoors.

Cancellation Policy: Notices received at least 7 days before the scheduled program are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Due to processing fees, full refunds are not available. Cancellations within 7 days of a program are not eligible for a refund. Please come prepared for the elements as refunds are not available for weather-related conditions except in the case of severe weather. If Blandford cancels a program due to severe weather, you will have two options: transfer your registration to the reschedule date or donate your registration fee. In the event we are unable to reschedule the program, full refunds will be available. All community programs will have a registrant minimum. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted by Blandford Nature Center and notified of your refund options.
