Yoga at the Highlands – Fall Series
Join local yoga instructors from Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga and Resilient Roots Wellness at the Highlands for Yoga at the Highlands this fall! These outdoor classes will incorporate posture, breath-work, and mindfulness meditation in the gorgeous natural setting of the Highlands. Classes are outdoors so prepare for the weather (water bottle, sunscreen, layers etc.) You must bring your own yoga mat. It is also a good idea to bring a beach towel or blanket to lay your mat upon.
- Park in the lot at the Highlands (2715 Leonard St NW) and follow the “special event” signs. There is an easy, 5 min hike to the yoga site.
- Carpool or take the bus (Line 7) to conserve energy and protect the planet!!
*Pre-registration is required. Ages 13+ please.
**No refunds will be given. In case of rain or inclement weather, classes will be canceled and your registration will be moved to the next available date.
